It is very accessible!

How problematic are the staff?!

Staff: Friendly neighborhood bartender types. No problems. When I have been there, they were very helpful...helping me to get situated for shows...etc.

How problematic are the other patrons?!

This truly depends on the show. Sometimes people are great. Sometimes they are rude...think about the crowd for the show you are looking to go to.

What a great place to go to a show. They are totally into making sure you can get in early and get settled if you need to because of mobility thangs. Let me tell you about this one trip there. Kristin Hersh was playing and I had just had surgery and wasn't supposed to be out of bed. Couldn't help it of course. They got me settled in the front and put chairs around me to make sure that no one bumped me during the show! Their space is totally accessible.
